The Mighty Writers, North Philadelphia

At Mighty Writers, kids are taught to write.

The program, which boasts six area locations, gives students extra attention in the areas of communication and language. In addition to academics, its walls act as refuge for neighborhood kids and also provides mentorship to those who want it.
